Our first independent Fatt Boyz restaurant in Bread Street
Fatt Boyz chose foodie favourite Edinburgh for our first smash burger restaurant. Close to Edinburgh’s historic Old Town, our Bread Street restaurant introduces burger fans to a mouth-watering menu of new and familiar dishes and combinations. You can taste the passion of our chefs and the quality of our ingredients in every bite!
New to smash burgers? They aren’t as drastic (or as messy!) as they sound. We take a patty of best British beef and press it down with a weight on the sizzling-hot grill. This sears the meat and seals in all the flavour. All that tender, juicy loveliness within a caramelised coating. Top up with your favourites and you’re good to go. Trust us – it’ll become your new go-to burger.
